“It’s easier to build strong children, than to repair broken men.”
Jenille Gunter-Harlan, LPC, NCC, PEL
Are you struggling to find your place in this world; a place where you feel you belong? Do you have overwhelming thoughts of not being good enough or not being worthy of love & acceptance?
Allow me to help
My name is Jenille Gunter-Harlan and I am so glad you’re here! I help youth, adults, couples and families navigate emotions, life adjustments, stress management, anxiety, and depression.
I help my clients find positivity, confidence, self-worth and a sense of belonging by equipping them with the tools they need to quiet overwhelming thoughts, face difficult life stages and lean into their internal strength.
Many of today's approaches to family therapy and anxiety & depression fail to address the individuality and unique circumstances of each client, leading people to feel unseen, unheard and disconnected from their values & needs.
First, we will explore the thoughts & circumstances that are causing you to feel stuck. We will dive into past relationships, address connections between attachment styles & communication patterns and focus on how your internal thoughts impact your sense of self. Through our work together, you will gain tools to help you grow through what you go through.
My training in education settings, family systems, communication, emotional intelligence, and several other areas, will allow me to walk along side you & provide the tools you need.
